I am aware that the landlord makes the signing of a rental agreement conditional, among other things, on me/us informing him/her of my/our personal and financial circumstances and that the landlord may cancel the signed agreement and terminate it without notice if he/she becomes aware that the information I have provided below is false. There is then no legal protection against termination. A one-time service fee of €350.00 is payable upon conclusion of a rental agreement.
