I am aware that the landlord makes the signing of a tenancy agreement conditional, among other things, on me/us informing him/her of my/our personal and financial circumstances and that the landlord may cancel the concluded agreement and terminate it without notice if he/she becomes aware that the information I have provided below is false. There is then no legal protection against termination.

Short-term rentals must be for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 6 months!
